Being really sick this week reminded me not to take my health for granted. Day to day health gives you at least the physical health to do things.
Anyone who know me well, knows how much I don't like to be bored...so this week kinda was lame. But now I am getting better and have things to look forward to, like signing up for classes for next quarter, seeing the rough cut of Chimes, working on the directors series next week, and further developing my reel loud.
health is not everything, because you got to make room for happiness--but man, it is very important. so yea, now I can do stuff :D

"Day to day health gives you at least the physical health to do things."
yeaaaah, that's why i hate being sick. i don't like not being able to do everyday tasks. but i would also say health might be everything.. cause essentially it affects everything you do or rather, your ability to do everything else.
while i don't take advantage of my health anymore (being sick).. i should really start a healthier diet. at least you're normal and you wash your hands... XD
I was sick all week too...in fact, it's been 2 weeks now. 3 days flat on my back had me think the same. I am so grateful that I can look forward to getting better. I coulldn't imagine what it would be like to not have that hope. When your sick...really sick, things we take for granted are not possible---reading, sleeping comfortably, even watching tv.I coulldn't get online, read emails or blog because I could even sit up.Guess that's what I get for bragging about how I never get sick. Speaking of reading--I did start and almost finish on saturday Alice Walker's book "Now id the Time to Open Your Heart" Great read! Profound. I'll be posting my favorite excerpt in a few days on my blog when I finish it. www.seeingisaverb.wordpress.com
Glad your feeling better!
Alex-
yeah but don't forget about happiness! It's all about mental health too :D
Kate-
I also bragged about the fact that I never get sick! And last year when I was complaining that my phone never stopped ringing, I lost it. That's what you get for definitive statements and complaining about things that aren't really worth it...glad you are feeling better too, Kate. (i was wondering why you hadn't blogged in a while...)
haha, you're right. but i'm never happy when i'm sick. i'm usually grumpy (and annoying?).. hmm, but that's only when i'm super super super sick. =)
don't be afraid to make definitive statements.
I would agree with you, but it's those kind of actions that make me think of chance and serendipity. I'm not superstitious, just slightly believe in fate.
